What is the The True Gen warranty policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a lifetime warranty on all of our bags. If you are experiencing unforeseen quality issues, we offer easy repair or replacement options:

Ship Your Bag to Us: For any defects you may email us at with photos of the issue and we will send you a prepaid return label, which you can use to ship the bag to us. You have the option for our master craftsmen to repair your bag or you can choose to get a new bag that is the same product. Please note this process takes 2-3 weeks.

If you are an international customer, please email us at with photos of the damaged item. You may choose either of the above repair options, but please note that international customers are responsible for shipping and duties incurred to have the bag repaired at our headquarters.
